Grilled Pork Chops

Put oil on a paper towel and wipe grill. Salt and pepper the chops. Grill 3-5 minutes on one side, rotating 90 degrees to make grill marks. Cook 2 - 4 minutes on the other side. Drizzle the lemon juice on top of chops prior to serving.

Flame Roasted Asparagus

Cut bottom 1 -1 1/2 inch off of stem. Peel, yes I said peel the asparagus. Place in bowl, add oil and salt and pepper. Toss, retain bowl.
On a very hot grill, place asparagus crosswise to grill. Grill for 3 minutes. Remove and place back in bowl, toss with oil remaining in bowl. With a vegetable peeler shave the romano cheese over the top and serve.
Can be made in grill pan on stove top, cook for 4 minutes.

Black Beans, Roasted Corn and Mango

Chop onion into small dice, remove roasted corn from cob. Chop mango into medium cubes. Place oil in a sauté pan on medium, add garlic and chopped red onion. Sauté for 3 minutes, add tomatoes, beans and roasted corn, stir. Continue to cook for 4 minutes. Add mango and cilantro; remove from heat, add salt and pepper, stir and serve.

Place frozen (but softened) lemonade in an ice cream maker, add water and turn on for about 20 minutes until fluffy and white. Serve immediately or re-freeze in a separate container until needed, Thaw sightly before serving, Scape lemon ice with a spoon and layer in a bowl or glass.
