Heat sugar and water in pan until syrup is combined and clear.
Put lime juice, sugar syrup, brandy and ice into blender and mix well.
Pour into tall glass; add lime slices and splash of club soda. Decorate with lime slice on rim of glass.

2 | cup | cheese, grated parmesan |
1.5 | cup | mayonnaise |
1 | medium | onions, diced |
12 | oz | crab, white lump |
1 | 12 oz can | artichoke hearts |
0.5 | cup | parsley, flat leaf |
8 | slices | bread, sourdough |
8 | small | tomatoes, fresh |
8 | slices | cheese, monterey jack |

Mix together first six ingredients. Transfer to an 8 by 8 by 2-inch baking dish and bake at 400 degrees until crab is hot and bubbling, about 25 minutes.
Preheat broiler. Place sourdough bread slices on cookie sheet. Top each bread slice with crab mixture, tomato slices, and Monterey jack cheese slices. Broil until cheese is melted, watch carefully. It doesn't take long for it to burn!

0.5 | cup | sugar, powdered |
8 | Tb | butter, salted |
1 | large | egg |
14 | oz | milk, evaporated |
1 | tsp | vanilla |
1 | cup | heathbar bits |
1 | cup | pecans, halved |

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Combine flour and sugar in bowl. Cut in butter until a coarse crumb.
Press dough into bottom of a lightly greased 13 X 9 pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Mix egg, milk and vanilla, stir in heathbar bits and pecans. Spread mixture over crust. Bake an additional 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
