Crab Fingers

Place ketchup, lemon juice and horseradish in bowl and mix. Arrange crab fingers around plate, place mixture (cocktail sauce) in center

Beef Rib Roast

1Tboil, olive
1Tbsalt, kosher
1Tbpepper, fresh cracked
1tsponion powder

114 oz. canbeef consommé
 

Pour the olive oil over bone-in rib roast. Sprinkle with salt, garlic, pepper and onion powder and press in with your hands. Place in a pre-heated oven pan, brown both sides. Place in pre-heated 400 degree oven, bone side down and cook for 15 minutes per pound or until a meat thermometer reads 135 degrees for medium rare. Take out of oven and remove roast. Let the roast sit for 10 minutes before carving. Pour the consommé into the pan, swirl around and serve over beef.

0.5tsporegano, dried
3Tbvinegar, red wine
1tspgarlic powder
1pinchsalt and pepper to taste
 

Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces. Place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder and oregano and mix. Add grated romano and mix again. Serve

NY Style Cheesecake

Have everything at room temperature. Mix together until very smooth. Pour into springform pan, place in a pre-heated water bath, 1/3 way up, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the top is light brown and even across the top. This is best if made the day before and refrigerated over night.

Add any topping you wish.
