Steakhouse Blue Cheese Dressing

1 | cup | sour cream |
5 | oz | cheese, blue |

1 | tsp | garlic, minced |
1 | tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
6 | Tb | buttermilk |
1 | pinch | pepper, cayenne |
1 | head | lettuce, iceberg |

Mix together mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir in blue cheese, salt, pepper, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper. Mix well. This mixture will be very thick, Store in refrigerator. Immediately before serving, thin with buttermilk.
Serve on a wedge of iceberg lettuce.
Hint: Makes 3 cups of dressing.

0.25 | cup | lemon, juice of |
1 | 10 oz bottle | ketchup |
3 | Tb | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Tb | mustard, dried |
1 | cup | water |

Brown onion in butter in large Dutch oven, add remaining ingredients (with the exception of the ribs) Simmer for 15 minutes. Add individual ribs and bake at 350 degrees for two hours.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees, bake for 10-15 minutes (for frozen fries), until brown. Salt and pepper immediately upon removing from oven.
Bread - Honey Moist Cornbread

0.25 | cup | oil, vegetable |
3 | large | egg |
0.25 | cup | honey |

Heat oven to 400 degrees
Stir all dry ingredients then add the remaining ingredients
Pour onto a greased 9-inch pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes. ( for best results use a cast iron frying pan. Place in oven 10 minutes prior to baking, add 1 Tb of butter to pan then add the batter)
My wife has a sweet tooth; she recommends doubling the honey if you are making the cornbread for breakfast.
