2ozcheese, Romano
0.25cupmushrooms, sliced
1smallcelery ribs
3Tbcheese, Romano, grated
0.125cupolives, green
3Tboil, olive
0.5tsporegano, dried
3Tbvinegar, red wine
1tspgarlic powder
1pinchsalt and pepper to taste
 

Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces; including romano cheese. Place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder and oregano and mix. Add grated romano and mix again. Serve

0.5tsppepper, fresh ground
2pttomatoes, cherry

0.5cupvegetable broth
2Tbparsley, flat leaf
0.5cupcheese, goat
 

Cook pasta and drain. Place in a large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon, basil, 1/2-teaspoon salt, oregano, and pepper to hot pasta and toss.
Heat remaining oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add tomatoes and garlic, sauté two minutes. Add chives and thyme, sauté an additional minute or until tomatoes are slightly charred and skins are just beginning to burst. Add broth, bring to a boil. Cook over high heat one minute. Add tomato mixture and parsley to pasta, toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with goat cheese; serve
immediately.

Soften vanilla ice cream. Place cookie topside down on counter, place a large scoop of ice cream on top of cookie, and cover with the bottom side down of another cookie. Place in plastic sandwich bag and freeze until hard.
