Marisue's Cola Roast

112 oz containerchili sauce
112 oz cancola
2tspWorcestershire sauce
2Tbhot sauce to taste
0.5tspgarlic powder
 

Rub beef roast with salt and pepper. Brown in vegetable oil and Drain. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Bake at 325 degrees for three hours.

Dad's Mashed Potatoes

Peel potatoes, cook in large pot with salted water to cover until fork tender. Remove, drain and place in large bowl. Cut butter into small pieces. Add butter and sour cream to bowl. Using an electric mixture, mix until all lumps and gone. Salt and pepper to taste.


Note: Never use a food processor for potatoes, as they will turn to glue in the processor

Wash spinach thoroughly and dry, heat oil in pan, add garlic and onions. Cook until onions are translucent. Add ham and spinach, season with salt and pepper. Plate and sprinkle with romano cheese.

Blueberry Pie

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare one recipe Never Fail Pie Dough or use premade piecrust dough. Roll out bottom crust on floured board and put in 9-inch pie pan. Mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, melted butter, lemon juice, and salt together. Let sit for ten minutes then pour into bottom crust. Roll out top crust and make three or four slits in crust to vent. Put over top crust and crimp edges. Place on cookie sheet to catch drips and bake at 450 for ten minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 50 minutes more. If edges of crust start to brown too much, fold thin strips of foil over the edges to protect it.
