Sprinkle wings with salt, pepper and paprika. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place in broiler pan; roast for 15 - 20 minutes, or until done. Turn twice during roasting.
Option: Serve with buffalo wing sauce or bbq sauce.
Hint: Place wings in large bowl, add sauce and toss until all wings are covered.

Place flour, dill, lemon zest and garlic in processor, process
until blended. Put flour mixture in plastic bag, add shrimp
and shake to coat. Heat oil in a pan or wok; sauté shrimp 1
minute per side. Remove and drain on paper towel. Place
shrimp in ovenproof dish, sprinkle Panko on top.
Place under broiler for 2 minutes or until brown. Drizzle with
lemon juice and then remaining olive oil.

Chicken Chili

Saute boneless, skinless, chicken cubes, diced onions and minced garlic in vegetable oil in large heavy stockpot. Add the remaining ingredients with the exception of the cornmeal and bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in cornmeal and cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
Hint: Great served with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
Bread - Honey Moist Cornbread

Heat oven to 400 degrees
Stir all dry ingredients then add the remaining ingredients
Pour onto a greased 9-inch pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes. ( for best results use a cast iron frying pan. Place in oven 10 minutes prior to baking, add 1 Tb of butter to pan then add the batter)
My wife has a sweet tooth; she recommends doubling the honey if you are making the cornbread for breakfast.
Country Apple Crisp

0.5 | cup | walnuts, chopped |
3 | Tb | raisins, golden |
2 | cup | apple juice |

Spray bottom of 10 X 14 baking pan with PAM; mix 1/2 of the flour and 1/3 of the sugar together.
Sprinkle enough in pan to cover bottom about 1/2 “ thick. Peel apples and cut into slices, arrange evenly around pan.
Add nuts and raisins, sprinkle on cinnamon.
Mix remaining flour and 3/4 of the remaining sugar together, cover top with remaining flour/sugar mixture, add apple juice. Sprinkle top with remaining sugar. Cut butter into small pieces and dot top of crisp. Bake @ 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until the top is golden brown and crunchy.
This feeds a small army and is great for picnics.
Note: This recipe serves at least 12, if you scale the servings of this recipe you will have to use a smaller pan
