12ozlasagna noodles
1lbbeef, ground
1mediumonions, chopped
1clovesgarlic, minced
8ozcheese, mozzarella, shredded
0.25cupcheese, parmesan
1.5cupcottage cheese
128 oz. canRagu, chunky, Gardenstyle Spaghetti Sauce with Tomato , Garlic and Onion
1.5Tbparsley, flat leaf, chopped
1tspbasil, fresh chopped
1pinchsalt and pepper to taste
 

Break lasagna noodles in pieces and cook according to the label. Brown the ground beef, onion and garlic; drain excess fat. Place all ingredients in a crockpot and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

3Tbvinegar, red wine
1tspgarlic powder
1pinchsalt and pepper to taste
 

Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces; including romano cheese. Place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder and oregano and mix. Add grated romano and mix again. Serve
