Bev's Chicken and Noodle Casserole

1 | lb | chicken breasts, boneless, skinless |
2 | Tb | oil, olive |
1 | lb | egg noodles, cooked |
2 | 12 oz can | soup, cream of chicken |
6 | oz | milk, 2 % |
1 | qt | spaghetti sauce, bottled |
1 | cup | cheese, grated parmesan |

Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces. Add oil to pan and sauté chicken until just brown. Place chicken, cooked noodles, cream of chicken soup, milk, spaghetti sauce and cheese (reserving 3 TB of cheese) into a large oven-proof casserole and mix. Place in 350 degree oven, bake uncovered for 1 hour. Sprinkle remaining 3 Tb of cheese on top and serve.

0.5 | cup | mayonnaise |
0.25 | cup | buttermilk |
1.5 | Tb | vinegar, white |
2.5 | Tb | lemon, juice of |

Shred one medium carrot and mix with shredded cabbage and minced onion. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, salt, Nature's Seasonings, pepper, milk, buttermilk, vinegar, lemon juice, and mayonnaise and beat until smooth. Add cabbage mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
