4 | Tb | olive oil, divided |
2 | large | chicken breasts, boneless, skinless |
1 | tsp | ginger, fresh |
1 | Tb | garlic, chopped |
2 | medium | celery, ribs, sliced |
5 | medium | scallions, sliced |
1 | 15 oz can | beans, black |
1 | Tb | soy sauce |
1 | Tb | hoisin sauce |
0.5 | tsp | pepper, fresh cracked |

Put half the oil in a wok or frying pan on high. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and add to wok. Cook chicken until browned and full cooked. Add remaining oil and chopped ginger, garlic, celery and scallions. Saute, rinse and drain beans and add to pan along with soy sauce and hoisin sauce and stir. Add pepper to taste.
