1lbbeef cube steak
1pinchsalt and pepper to taste
5mediummushrooms, sliced
110.5 oz canbeef consommé
1Tbcornstarch
3Tbwater
1Tbbutter, salted
 

Salt and pepper both sides of the cube steaks. Place cube steaks in a hot pan, cook for 4 minutes per side, Reduce heat to med-high; add sliced mushrooms and consommé and cook for 5 minutes. Add cornstarch to water and mix, add to pan and cook until thickened; add butter, stir and plate.

Baked Sweet Potato

Pre-heat oven for 325 degrees, bake sweet potatoes for about 30 minutes, until fork tender. Split open, add butter and sour cream.

Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces place in a bowl. Add onions, raisins and cooked, chopped bacon. Make dressing by combining Miracle Whip, sugar and vinegar in a separate bowl. Pour over salad, toss and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
