2 | pt | tomatoes, cherry |
1 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1 | Tb | chives, chopped |
0.5 | tsp | thyme, fresh |
0.5 | cup | vegetable broth |
2 | Tb | parsley, flat leaf |
0.5 | cup | cheese, goat |

Cook pasta and drain. Place in a large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon, basil, 1/2-teaspoon salt, oregano, and pepper to hot pasta and toss.
Heat remaining oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add tomatoes and garlic, sauté two minutes. Add chives and thyme, sauté an additional minute or until tomatoes are slightly charred and skins are just beginning to burst. Add broth, bring to a boil. Cook over high heat one minute. Add tomato mixture and parsley to pasta, toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with goat cheese; serve
immediately.
