1 | cup | breadcrumbs ,dried white |
1 | package | onion soup mix, dry |
1 | bottle | chili sauce |
1 | cup | cranberry sauce |
12 | oz | sauerkraut |
0.5 | cup | sugar, brown |
1 | cup | water |

Mix ground beef, crumbs and dry onion soup together. Shape into balls. Put in large casserole dish. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs in casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for two hours.

3 | Tb | vinegar, red wine |
1 | tsp | garlic powder |
1 | pinch | salt and pepper to taste |

Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces. Place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder and oregano and mix. Add grated romano and mix again. Serve

1 | whole | garlic, whole head |
0.5 | cup | cream, half and half |
0.25 | cup | butter, unsalted |
0.5 | tsp | salt, table |
1 | pinch | pepper, fresh ground |

Cut washed red potatoes into quarters- no need to peel but remove eyes. Cover them with cold water and 1-teaspoon salt in saucepan. Add 2 peeled garlic cloves to the potatoes and water. Boil covered, until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and return to saucepan. Pour over half and half and melted butter- heat until warm and simmering, being careful not to burn. Mash potato mixture with mixer until smooth and add salt and pepper.
